Steven Corriveau

Steven Corriveau's practice focuses on representing workers injured on the job, including those harmed by the negligence of a third party. He routinely appears before the North Carolina Industrial Commission on behalf of clients in workers' compensation claims and frequently represents clients in related civil litigation against at-fault parties. He has successfully tried numerous workers' compensation claims before the Industrial Commission and has obtained multiple million-dollar settlements for his clients. Steven began his legal career with the North Carolina Attorney General's Office, primarily defending the state in workers' compensation cases.

In 2015, he joined Martin & Jones to help real people who have been injured or harmed. He graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2013, where he earned the highest grades in both Workers' Compensation and Sales (which included review of North Carolina product liability law). Effective January 1, 2023, Steven became a shareholder of Martin & Jones.

He has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in America and a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and was named among the Legal Elite in North Carolina by Business NC magazine (2022-2025). Prior to law school, Steven attended Lenoir-Rhyne University, earning a degree in Political Science. He is a Raleigh native.
