Melissa Thom

Melissa M. Thom is a senior associate and the Rancho Cucamonga managing attorney at Mastagni Holstedt, APC. She brings more than 20 years of civil litigation experience handling cases from inception through trial, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, employment disputes, harassment and discrimination claims, wage and hour issues, and contract matters. She also represents public sector employees in administrative investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and grievances through the PORAC Legal Defense Fund and similar organizations. She admitted to the California State Bar in 1997.
