Steven Welty

Steven W. Welty is a senior associate at Mastagni Holstedt, APC serving as lead counsel for several law enforcement associations statewide, including the Sacramento County Deputy Sheriffs' Association, Alameda County Deputy Sheriffs' Association, and San Mateo County Deputy Sheriffs' Association. His practice covers labor and employment law, fitness for duty matters, disability retirement litigation, peace officer discipline cases, and administrative investigations and appeals. He was a Yuba City Police Officer of the Year in 1990 and served as President of the Yuba Police Officers Association from 1991 to 1992. He is a member of the Traynor Honor Society from McGeorge School of Law.
