Steven Welch

Steven Welch is an associate in the Labor Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC, representing public safety employees in administrative investigations, disciplinary hearings, and critical incident matters throughout Southern California. Before joining the firm he served at the Kern County District Attorney's Office, completing 24 felony jury trials to verdict including numerous felony arson trials. He graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law and magna cum laude from California State University, Long Beach, where he was named Outstanding Graduate of the Department of Finance, Real Estate, and Law.
