Samantha Johnson

Samantha R. Johnson is an Associate Attorney at McCready Law and leads the firm's Minnesota office, focusing on personal injury matters including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, workplace injuries, defective products, and wrongful death claims.

Johnson began her career at a high-volume personal injury law firm just outside Dallas, Texas, where she carried approximately 30 jury trials to verdict, many against much more senior attorneys. She is particularly skilled at mediation, where she leverages her experience to secure top insurance company offers for her clients.

After six years in Texas, Johnson and her husband moved to Minnesota, where she has worked on complex litigation involving severe injuries, including auto and trucking accidents, roller coaster and elevator injuries, and mass torts.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music and Political Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth.

She is admitted to practice in Texas and Minnesota and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the District of Minnesota, the Northern District of Texas, and the Eastern District of Texas.
