Derek Stewart

Derek Stewart represents Minnesotans in personal injury cases at every stage of litigation, focusing on car accidents, dog bites, premises liability, slip and fall, and wrongful death. He grew up in White Bear Lake and earned his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas in 2017. He emphasizes using technology, remote meetings, and email communication to limit case expenses for clients. His decision to pursue law was influenced by the Glensheen murder trial and reading Gerry Spence's 'The Making of a Country Lawyer' at age 19. Outside the office he enjoys snowboarding, camping, fishing, golf, and a weekly cribbage league with his brother.
