Christopher Watters

Christopher C. Watters practices civil litigation, including plaintiff's personal injury, wrongful death, UM/UIM cases, and product liability. Born and raised in Fresno, California, he received his bachelor's degree in politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2004, and his Juris Doctor with Distinction from San Joaquin College of Law in 2007. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Watters is a member of the State Bar of California, the Fresno County Bar Association, the Central California Trial Lawyers' Association, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, and the Consumer Attorneys of California.

He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. From 2012 to 2021 he was selected for inclusion in the Northern California Rising Stars list, and since 2022 he has been selected for the Northern California Super Lawyers list. He has been designated a Top 100 Trial Lawyer and a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by the National Trial Lawyers, a Top 40 Under 40 attorney in California by the American Society of Legal Advocates, and a Premiere 100 Trial Attorney by the American Academy of Trial Attorneys.
