About Roger D. Landon
Roger Landon, a graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and Widener University School of Law, has been trying cases in Delaware since 1986. He has taken more than 80 cases to verdict and won the vast majority of them. His results include a $20 million recovery against a retailer whose employee caused a head-on crash resulting in severe brain damage and paralysis, a $5 million recovery in a drunk driving collision, and a $5 million recovery for the family of a young father who died in a drug rehabilitation facility.
His trial work covers auto accident, slip and fall, insurance dispute, civil rights and product liability cases. Although he has represented major insurers and Fortune 500 corporations in the past, he focuses on fighting for ordinary people and their families. He is a longstanding member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, often serves as a mediator in personal injury disputes, and lectures on auto accident law and trial practice.
