About Jerry FitzGerald

Jerry FitzGerald is a Managing Partner at O'Brien Law Firm, P.C. who has focused exclusively on asbestos-related cases since joining the firm in 2005. He graduated from St. Louis University High School in 1997, earned dual degrees in political science and business from Saint Louis University with honors in 2001, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2004. FitzGerald brings a personal understanding to his practice: family members who worked in construction trades, including his father as a Local No. 1 Insulator, experienced asbestos-related health impacts firsthand.

His work involves case investigation, depositions, and settlement negotiations on behalf of mesothelioma and asbestos disease victims, and he has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for clients. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Missouri Bar, the Heat and Frost Insulators Local No. 1 union, the St. Louis Port Council, the SLUH Alumni Board, and the Ancient Order of Hibernians. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
