Luke Baumstark

Luke Baumstark is an attorney in the Victims Advocacy Department at O'Brien Law Firm, P.C. who rejoined the firm in April 2025. He brings more than two decades of legal experience across criminal prosecution, civil defense, and complex litigation. Baumstark earned his Bachelor of Arts in English magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut and his law degree from Washington University School of Law, where he received the Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy and served as an editor on the Global Studies Law Review.

Earlier in his career he spent five years as an Assistant Circuit Attorney in St. Louis and was recognized in 2007 with a Trial Star award for securing five verdicts in a single year. Missouri Lawyers Weekly named him an Up and Coming Law Firm Leader in 2016. At O'Brien Law Firm, he represents survivors of sexual and physical abuse as well as clients pursuing personal injury claims.
