Rodriguez previously worked as a civil litigation defense attorney representing corporate entities and insurance companies before transitioning to personal injury law.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. During law school, she externed for U.S. District Court Judge Dean Pregerson, competed in trial advocacy competitions, served as Chair of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program, and was selected for the prestigious ABOTA Fellowship to develop litigation skills.
