About Adam Fitzpatrick

Fitzpatrick earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he participated in Moot Court and the Civil Practice Clinic. He served as defense counsel for insurance companies for nearly 10 years before joining the plaintiff's bar. Earlier in his career he worked as a firefighter/paramedic and as an anesthesia assistant.
Fitzpatrick is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the James E. Doyle American Inn of Court, and is Past President of the Dane County Bar Association (2023-2024).
