Adam Fitzpatrick

Adam M. Fitzpatrick is a partner at PKSD Accident and Injury Lawyers (Pitman, Kalkhoff, Sicula & Dentice). He is Board Certified in Civil Practice Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Fitzpatrick earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he participated in Moot Court and the Civil Practice Clinic. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin.

After law school, Fitzpatrick clerked at the Dane County Circuit Court for Judges Juan Colas, Julie Genovese, and Rhonda Lanford. He served as defense counsel for insurance companies for nearly 10 years before joining the plaintiff's bar. Earlier in his career he worked as a firefighter/paramedic and as an anesthesia assistant.

Fitzpatrick is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the James E. Doyle American Inn of Court, and is Past President of the Dane County Bar Association (2023-2024). His honors include Wisconsin Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2021-2024), Wisconsin Super Lawyers (2025), and Best Lawyers Ones to Watch (2023-2026).
