Luke Mayefske

Luke D. Mayefske is a partner at PKSD Accident and Injury Lawyers, where he has practiced since January 2014. He focuses on personal injury cases including motor vehicle collisions, dog attacks, slip and falls, and premises liability matters from the claim phase through trial.

Mayefske earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2011 and his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007. He was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in September 2011.

Mayefske has previously served as a law clerk to multiple district court judges in Outagamie County and Brown County Circuit Courts, with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of General Counsel in Washington, D.C., and with the Consumer Protection Unit of the Wisconsin Department of Justice in Madison. Before joining PKSD, he practiced personal injury and workers' compensation at a general practice firm in the northern Milwaukee area.
