Samuel Killian

Samuel M. Killian is an Associate Attorney at PKSD Accident and Injury Lawyers, having become a licensed attorney in May 2023.

Killian earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2023, where he was inducted into the Pro Bono Society for volunteer legal clinic work and participated in the Marquette Law Mentorship Program. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Norbert College in 2020. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

Killian served as a legal intern with the Brown County District Attorney's Office focusing on criminal appeals before law school, and clerked at PKSD from June 2021 to May 2023, collaborating on personal injury matters. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Wisconsin Association for Justice (where he serves as Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division).
