About David Wyatt

David Wayne Wyatt is originally from Illinois, north of St. Louis. He earned his Bachelor of Science in environmental management from Western Kentucky University in 2002 and spent several years in environmental consulting before attending Nashville School of Law, graduating in December 2012. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2013. He built a private criminal defense practice in Cheatham County, then served as an Assistant District Attorney General for the 23rd Judicial District of Tennessee starting in October 2015, prosecuting cases ranging from shoplifting to capital murder and trying nearly 30 jury trials. He joined Ponce Law in 2022, bringing that extensive trial background to personal injury representation.
