Howard Raphaelson

Howard Raphaelson is the founding partner of Raphaelson & Levine Law Firm, P.C., a boutique New York City personal injury firm he established in 1992 shortly after graduating from law school. Over more than three decades, his work has helped recover hundreds of millions of dollars for injury victims, contributing to the firm's reported aggregate recoveries of over $1 billion.

Mr. Raphaelson handles catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters, including cases involving burn injuries, toxic exposure, amputations, spinal cord injuries, construction and tractor-trailer accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, and serious motor vehicle accidents. He has earned recognition from peers and judges as one of New York's leading personal injury advocates.

Mr. Raphaelson earned his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College and his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Proficient in Spanish, he is able to serve a diverse clientele directly in their preferred language.
