Harper Smith

Harper Smith is a Personal Injury Attorney at Rubenstein Law, based in Brooklyn. She has litigated cases on behalf of seriously injured New Yorkers since 2011 and is known for exceptional written and oral advocacy, including winning appeals that have created favorable case law for plaintiffs in New York's Appellate Division. She earned her B.A. from the University of Oklahoma Honors College in 2005 and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2009. Her practice focuses on complex liability matters, including premises liability, construction accidents, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, negligent security, and police brutality cases.
