Jami Bishop is the managing partner of the firm. She was born and raised in Sioux Falls and graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She earned her law degree with high honors from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2010.

Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including motor vehicle collisions, workers' compensation, bad faith insurance claims, railroad litigation, and premises liability cases. She has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for her clients, including a $1 million jury verdict in federal court in a medical malpractice case that broke a long string of defense verdicts in similar South Dakota cases. She and her husband reside in Sioux Falls with their three children.
