Kimberly Lanham

Kimberly Lanham is a partner whose practice focuses on personal injury and civil litigation, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall cases, daycare abuse and neglect, wrongful death, premises liability, farming accidents, and uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. She is a native of Sioux Falls and received her B.A. with honors in Criminal Justice and Spanish from the University of South Dakota in 2001. She earned her J.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln School of Law in 2004.

She holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating and was named Lawyer of the Year in Litigation-Insurance for 2026 by her peers. She is also a Benchmark Litigation Star and has been selected for Best Lawyers in America in personal injury and litigation-insurance. She has been representing injured individuals since 2004.
