Jaclyn Kurth

Jaclyn J. Kurth is an Associate Attorney at Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C., concentrating her practice on catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence cases. She joined the firm as a law clerk and worked there for three years before being named an associate in 2021. During law school she served on the Moot Court Honors Council and as a Staff Editor for The John Marshall Law Review. As part of trial teams she has helped recover more than $125 million for clients, including a $3 million wrongful death verdict in rural Illinois, a $4.5 million record-setting settlement in Walworth County, Wisconsin, and a $13 million birth injury/cerebral palsy settlement.
