About Jason Thompson

Jason has been appointed as class counsel and to MDL leadership positions in cases involving antitrust, overtime pay, insurance coverage, environmental pollution, and consumer protection. He has been asked to testify repeatedly before the Michigan Legislature regarding the state's pharmaceutical immunity law and amendments to qui tam provisions under Michigan's Medicaid fraud law. Mr. Thompson has one of the broadest class action and multi-district litigation (MDL) practices in the country, including cases involving contracts, insurance policies, defective pharmaceutical drugs and devices, automotive litigation, consumer rights, RICO, wage and hour violations, antitrust, constitutional violations and environmental contamination. He has represented institutional clients, such as the State of Michigan (Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation) municipalities, healthcare plans, and unions as well as thousands of individuals in personal injury and mass tort cases.
