Thomas McManus

Thomas J. McManus is the firm's managing member and works closely with the Uniformed Firefighters Association on a daily basis and on firefighter injury cases. He received his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law in 2005 and his B.A. from Boston College in 2002. Admitted in New York in 2006 and in Pennsylvania in 2021, he handles a wide range of municipal liability and premises liability matters and has obtained substantial verdicts and settlements for injured clients, including a $28 million settlement for a worker who suffered severe traumatic brain injuries after being struck by a Port Authority vehicle.
