Maggie O'Donnell

Maggie K. O'Donnell is a Pre-Litigation Attorney at Sweeney Merrigan Personal Injury Lawyers in Boston, specializing in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and dog-bite cases. She won more than $2 million in settlements for clients in 2024 and has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.

O'Donnell earned her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law, where she made Dean's List and joined the Justice Sandra Day O'Connor Honors Program in her first year, and worked as a law clerk for a midsize personal injury and workers' compensation firm in Milton, MA. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Fairfield University with a major in Communications and minor in Public Relations, while competing on the Varsity Women's Rowing Team (1st place in the Women's Varsity 4 at the 2016 MAAC Championship).
