About Erin McHugh

Erin McHugh is a Partner and Director of Pre-Litigation at Sweeney Merrigan Personal Injury Lawyers. She represents clients in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, general liability, dog attacks, and wrongful death cases, having secured more than $25 million for her clients to date.

Notable results include a $4 million medical malpractice recovery (2021) and a $1.75 million traumatic brain injury recovery (2021). McHugh has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America (2024, 2025) for Medical Malpractice Law, Personal Injury Litigation, and Product Liability Litigation; Super Lawyers Rising Star (2022-2025); and National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2024, 2025).
