Angela Rodante

Angela Rodante is Managing Partner of Swope, Rodante P.A., where she has built a 28-year career as a nationally recognized civil litigator. She began with the firm as a clerk and runner in 1985 and became a partner in 2003. She specializes in civil trial litigation with a focus on personal injury and insurance bad faith. Rodante has been elected president of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, has earned the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and received the Client Distinction Award from Martindale-Hubbell.

Best Lawyers has named her Insurance Lawyer of the Year, including Tampa's 2026 Litigation Insurance Lawyer of the Year. She holds a Superb rating from AVVO and is licensed to practice before all Florida state and federal courts and the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. She graduated from the University of South Florida and earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law.
