Fentrice Driskell

Fentrice Driskell is a partner at Swope, Rodante P.A., joining in 2024 after serving as Of Counsel and Shareholder at a prestigious national law firm. A Tampa Bay native, she is also the Minority Leader in the Florida House of Representatives, representing House District 67 in north Tampa and Hillsborough County. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Harvard University in 2001 and her J.D. from Georgetown Law in 2004, then clerked for Judge Anne C. Conway of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by Super Lawyers every year since 2011. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit, and all Florida courts.
