Taylor McKnight

Taylor McKnight is a partner at Swope, Rodante P.A. with extensive experience in personal injury litigation. He previously served as a partner at a nationwide law firm where he focused on trucking, bus, and commercial vehicle crashes, as well as premises liability, medical malpractice, and products liability. His background as a defense attorney gives him insight into how insurance companies and corporate defendants approach claims.

He began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Hillsborough County, Florida, and served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Public Defender's Office in Leon County while at Florida State University College of Law. He earned his B.S. from North Carolina State University in 2008 and his J.D. from Florida State University in 2012. He is admitted in Florida and multiple U.S. District Courts, including the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida and courts in Arkansas.
