Matthew Paul

Matthew Paul is an attorney at Swope, Rodante P.A. who focuses on personal injury, trucking litigation, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith. Originally from Syracuse, New York, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Pre-Law from the University of Central Florida in 2021 and his J.D., cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in 2024, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society and the Trial Association Honors Society and competed in the Earl E. Zehmer National Moot Court Competition in Orlando. Before joining Swope, Rodante P.A., he worked as a litigation attorney at a personal injury firm in Tampa, handling depositions, court hearings, and mediations as a first- and second-year attorney and securing millions of dollars for clients.
