Derek Roller

Derek J. Roller is an attorney with The Barnes Firm in Buffalo, New York, with more than a decade of personal injury litigation experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides. He has handled auto accidents, construction accidents, slip-and-fall cases, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence matters, obtaining multiple recoveries exceeding $1 million in medical malpractice cases. He is admitted to all New York State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York (and its bankruptcy courts), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, with experience at trial, in mediation, in arbitration, and on appeal. Mr. Roller earned his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2008, graduating in the top 15% of his class, and an Honors B.A. from Canisius College, where he played NCAA Division I golf.
