Joseph Capetola

Joseph J. Capetola is one of the leading trial attorneys at The Barnes Firm and is based at the firm's Long Island (Garden City) office, where he handles serious personal injury cases throughout Nassau, Suffolk, and the New York City metropolitan area. Admitted to the New York bar in 1985, he has nearly four decades of experience and has obtained many multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements working alongside Steve and Rich Barnes, first at Cellino & Barnes and now at The Barnes Firm. His practice covers auto, motorcycle, truck, bicycle, and drunk-driving accidents, slip-and-fall cases, broken bones and fractures, spinal cord injuries, swimming accidents, and wrongful death. Mr. Capetola is a graduate of Colgate University (B.A., 1981) and St. John's University School of Law (J.D., 1984).
