Anthony Deliso

Anthony M. Deliso is a Senior Labor Law Attorney at The Barnes Firm in Manhattan, with over 20 years of legal experience focused on New York Labor Law and construction accident cases. He represents victims of scaffolding collapses, electrocutions, falls from heights, forklift accidents, falling objects and debris, and building collapses. Anthony spent seven years as an associate at a Brooklyn personal injury firm, then six years as a senior partner at a Manhattan firm where he served as Chair of the Labor Law Department, overseeing a team of six attorneys. He has resolved over $50 million in cases and successfully argued before the Appellate Division. His passion for representing union members comes from his grandfather, a union ornamental iron worker who worked on iconic structures including the Statue of Liberty.
