Cody Christiansen

Cody Christiansen is a Senior Trial Attorney at The Barnes Firm in Oakland, serving clients throughout Oakland, San Francisco, and the Bay Area. With over a decade of litigation experience, he focuses exclusively on personal injury matters, representing victims of auto and trucking collisions, catastrophic brain and spinal injuries, premises liability, defective products, and wrongful death. Before joining The Barnes Firm, Cody handled more than 1,500 criminal cases throughout Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, and San Francisco counties, ranging from misdemeanors to violent felonies. Originally from Utah and raised on California's central coast, he was inspired to become a lawyer after spending two years in Brazil, where he witnessed people struggling to navigate complex legal systems including immigration matters.
