About Theo Gregory

Theo Gregory is the managing partner of the Delaware office of The Igwe Firm. He has been admitted to the Delaware Bar since 1979 and is a graduate of the University of Florida law school. He started his legal career with the Community Aid Society in Wilmington, helping indigent individuals with legal issues, and then served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Delaware, prosecuting cases for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Drug Enforcement Administration, with special recognition for several high-profile prosecutions. He entered private practice in 1984 and focuses on personal injury, civil rights, and criminal defense.
