Kevin LaMarca

Kevin LaMarca is a Senior Attorney in The Lanier Law Firm's Houston office. Kevin focuses his practice on asbestos litigation , product liability , toxic torts , and personal injury cases including electrical injuries and wrongful death claims, with a growing focus on talc-related asbestos exposure. Kevin approaches each case with the end result in mind, building toward the conclusion of a case from the very outset and staying one step ahead to keep matters on his terms. When a defendant's records come up short, he digs for the proof himself, often using unconventional sources to establish what a company knew and when. Kevin has obtained tens of millions of dollars representing clients in cases involving asbestos exposure, toxic torts, and product liability.

Kevin has represented clients in both state and federal courtrooms throughout the country, including Louisiana, Florida , Georgia , Rhode Island , and Pennsylvania , to name a few. A Louisiana native who grew up in Cypress, Texas, Kevin and his wife, their three kids, and their dog enjoy spending time outdoors, visiting National Parks, and rooting for the New Orleans Saints. While in law school, Kevin served as an editor for the SMU International Law Review Association. His article on the framework of Argentinean energy law was published in the Law and Business Review of the Americas in 2011.
