Janine Mitchell

Janine Mitchell is an Associate Attorney at The Law Brothers in San Diego, focused on personal injury, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Born and raised in San Diego, California, she earned her B.A. in Criminology from The University of Texas at Dallas (Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society) and her Juris Doctor from Ventura College of Law in 2022, where she graduated second in her class. During her 3L year she became a certified mediator and mediated several civil disputes in California and Texas. She also served as Vice President and Legal Advocate for Cultivé, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing study-abroad opportunities for high schoolers in sub-Saharan Africa.
