Brett Yorke

Brett Daniel Yorke serves Of Counsel at The Russo Firm and is a Partner at the Law Office of Ball & Yorke in Ventura, California. He represents individuals in civil claims including catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and wage and hour matters.

Since 2013, Yorke has handled complex factual cases involving trucking collisions, auto collisions, industrial injuries, wage and hour violations, product liability actions, recreational sporting injuries, and other serious injury and wrongful death cases. He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured individuals through trial, arbitration, and mediation.

Yorke earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Cultural Anthropology from San Diego State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law with a certificate in Trial Advocacy.

He was first admitted to the California State Bar in 2013 and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California.
