Joshua Rubin

Joshua D. Rubin serves Of Counsel at The Russo Firm, a Florida-based personal injury law firm. His practice focuses on complex personal injury matters, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence cases.

Rubin began his career representing healthcare providers, including hospitals, physicians, and nursing homes, in malpractice and negligence cases. He has since transitioned to plaintiff representation, recovering millions in compensation for clients.

He earned his B.A. in History from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009 and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2012, where he contributed as a member of the Health Law Journal.

He was admitted to the bar in 2012 and is admitted to practice before the Northern and Central Districts of the U.S. District Court.
