Robert Wilhite

Robert (Rob) Wilhite is the Owner, President, and Lead Litigation Attorney at The Wilhite Law Firm in Colorado. He has practiced law for 20+ years and is licensed in Colorado and Texas.

His key focus areas include wrongful death, auto/trucking accidents, premises liability, product defects, and insurance bad faith claims.

Wilhite earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa School of Law in 2005 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2000.
