Katie Roberts

Katie E. Roberts is an Attorney/Shareholder at The Wilhite Law Firm in Colorado. She has been practicing law since 2002, specializing in workers' compensation and Social Security disability cases.

Roberts joined The Wilhite Law Firm in 2005 and became a managing partner in 2009. She currently oversees both the Workers' Compensation Department and Social Security Disability Department.

She has successfully argued cases in Federal District Court for Social Security clients and presented oral arguments at the Colorado Court of Appeals in workers' compensation matters.

Roberts earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law, after attending Washburn Law School in Topeka, Kansas for two years and completing comparative law study at King's College, London. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from Colorado State University.

She is admitted to the Colorado Bar and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Workers' Compensation Education Association, Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group, National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.

She has been named a Super Lawyer in 5280's Super Lawyers Magazine (2011-2022), received multiple Best of Mile High designations, holds an AV Preeminent rating, and received the Client Champion Gold award (2025).
