Brian Caplan

Brian Caplan serves as Director of Healthcare Litigation at The Wilhite Law Firm in Colorado.

A Colorado native born in Boulder and raised in Denver and Colorado Springs, Caplan brings diverse legal experience: he served four years as a prosecutor in Arapahoe and El Paso counties, worked as staff counsel for Allstate, and since 2017 has exclusively represented individuals, securing millions in settlements and jury verdicts.

In 2024, he secured two of Colorado's Top-50 jury verdicts (ranked 13th and 33rd).
