About Brian Aleinikoff

Brian Aleinikoff is a Denver native who majored in Biology and minored in Spanish at Carleton College, then earned a Master's in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Tufts University before attending law school. That scientific background gives him a deeper command of the complex medical issues in his cases. He began his legal career at a large Minneapolis firm and later returned to Denver, where he has focused on medical malpractice, birth injury, and personal injury cases.

Brian earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2011. He is licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Brian has been selected as a Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2021 through 2024, has been named to Best Lawyers in America, and has received National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 recognition.
