About Melanie Sulkin

Melanie Sulkin was born and raised in Suburban Chicago and attended Northern Illinois University for her undergraduate where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of Delta Gamma and a founding member of the Mock Trial Team, which made her decide to become a plaintiff-side attorney. She moved one state to the East to attend Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana, where she graduated Cum Laude. During the summer of 2014, she interned at a plaintiff-side civil rights firm where she gained experience in civil litigation. She also interned at the Prosecutor’s Office in Indianapolis, where she gained valuable courtroom experience. Ms. Sulkin also participated in Moot Court and served as Secretary in the Labor and Employment Law Society.

After graduating in May 2016, Ms. Sulkin moved to Colorado and worked as a personal injury litigation attorney at a firm in Westminster, Colorado. Ms. Sulkin was responsible for everything from filing the complaint to pre-trial matters. At Bachus & Schanker, LLC she works in mass torts and Pharmaceutical and Medical Device litigation. In her free time, Ms. Sulkin likes to spend time with her family, friends, and cat, eat, work out, and go on hikes.
