About Kurt Zaner

Kurt Zaner is the Founding Partner of Zaner Law Personal Injury and Car Accident Attorneys in Denver. He is a Denver personal injury attorney representing individuals against large corporations and a national speaker and published author on trial advocacy, legal writing, and discovery tactics.

Zaner has secured significant verdicts including $30 million in an oil and gas explosion case, $16 million in an electrocution and CRPS case (the largest premises liability verdict in Colorado history), $10.6 million in an electrocution/CRPS case, and $4.3 million in a trucking accident. Zaner earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif (top 7 percent), and his Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Roman History from the University of Florida, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He serves on the American Association for Justice Board as a national division officer and on the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association board.
