Nicole Ruth

Nicole Ruth is a Pre-Litigation Attorney at The Wilhite Law Firm in Colorado.

Ruth initially practiced insurance defense litigation before transitioning to plaintiff representation. Early in her career, she served as a law clerk for the North Carolina Court of Appeals, focusing on legal research and judicial opinions.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1996, graduating in the top third of her class. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Tulane University in 1993, graduating Cum Laude.

She is admitted to the North Carolina Bar (1996), Florida Bar (1997), Colorado Bar (2003), U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and U.S. District Court for the District of Florida.

She is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and has been recognized as Best Lawyers in Colorado and as a Super Lawyer.
