Eric Cracken

Eric W. Cracken is an Associate Attorney at TorHoerman Law, working out of the firm's Chicago office. He joined TorHoerman in 2019 after working at Thompson Law Firm, the American Association for Justice, and Cracken & Harkey. Eric co-leads the firm's Diacetyl ('popcorn lung') litigation, representing former and current workers across the United States who were exposed to diacetyl and now suffer from lung disease. He also co-leads sports-related concussion litigation, including representing the family of a former Olympian who died from CTE, and serves on the Plaintiff's Steering Committee for the Acetaminophen (ASD/ADHD) MDL.
