Ken Brennan

Ken Brennan is a Partner at TorHoerman Law, an accomplished trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience litigating in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He focuses his practice on class actions and mass torts, personal injury, employment litigation, and insurance coverage on behalf of plaintiffs. After graduating with high honors from the University of Iowa College of Law, Ken began his career at a defense firm in St. Louis, where he represented individual consumers, small businesses, multinational corporations, and franchisors and franchisees before transitioning to mass tort plaintiff work. He has handled lead-counsel roles in radiation exposure and infant formula litigation and obtained appellate victories on failure-to-warn and personal jurisdiction issues.
