About Charles Ferguson

Charles M. Ferguson joined Weitz & Luxenberg in 1989 as an associate attorney in the Asbestos Litigation group and has risen to Partner and Practice Group Chair. He has been admitted to practice in New York since 1988, with privileges shortly after extended to U.S. District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1987 and his B.A. from Wilkes College in 1983. Ferguson leads asbestos litigation on behalf of clients exposed to asbestos products and advocates for workers and their families seeking compensation for mesothelioma and related diseases.
