About Paul Novak

Paul F. Novak is a partner in the Environmental, Toxic Torts, and Consumer Protection unit at Weitz & Luxenberg. His career has been devoted to protecting the public through consumer advocacy on behalf of utility ratepayers, challenging illegal pharmaceutical price-gouging, attacking corporate fraud on behalf of shareholders, and litigating against industrial polluters who contaminate land and water. Novak earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law (1986), his M.A. in Economics from Michigan State University (1983), and his B.A. from Michigan State University (1982).
