Daniel D'Addio

Daniel F. D'Addio joined Whitener Law Firm, P.A. in May 2023 and works primarily in personal injury. Before becoming a plaintiff attorney, he represented individuals, businesses, property owners, and insurance companies as a defense attorney at an AV-rated firm in New Mexico, experience he now uses to anticipate how opposing counsel approaches cases. Before law school, Dan served in the United States Army for 22 years as an Infantry and Special Forces soldier, including assignments with the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) and at the NATO Special Operations Headquarters.

He deployed multiple times to Afghanistan and Iraq under Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, earning four Bronze Star Medals. He retired from the Army in 2015 with an honorable discharge. Dan holds a J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law (2018), an MBA from Liberty University (2013), and a B.S. from Liberty University (2011).
