Thomas M. Allison has over 20 years of experience in personal injury law and insurance bad faith claims. He is a managing shareholder in Whitener Law Firm and sits on its Board of Directors. A former Presidential Scholar at the University of New Mexico, Thomas has earned recognition across his career and devotes significant personal time to charitable work in Albuquerque. Since 2007, he has been a member of New Mexico Christian Legal Aid, which provides free legal advice to those who cannot afford representation.
